Thunder Precision Resistors had been certified as High Technology manufacturer of high precision electronic components especially of hihg precision resistors in 2015 and will be re-certified in 2017.
2015年2月3日，江西省高企认定工作小组公布了包括《盛雷城精密电阻（江西）有限公司》等241家企业为高新技术企业的通知 。
《关于印发〈高新技术企业认定管理办法〉的通知》（国科发火[2008]172号）、《关于印发〈高新技术企业认定管理工作指引〉的通知》（国科发火[2008]362号）文件规定，并接全国高企认定工作办公室《关于江西省2014年第二批高新技术企业备案申请的复函》（国科火字[2015]37号），现将经审查通过的《盛雷城精密电阻（江西）有限公司》等241家高新技术企业名单予以公布（详见附件：江西省2014年第二批高新技术企业名单）。本批次认定的高新技术企业资格有效期为3年（自2014年10月8日至2017年10月7日）。
盛雷城精密电阻有限公司将采用光纤激光器刻槽机，替换现在使用的掺钕钇铝石榴石（YAG）激光刻槽机，大规模开展设备更新升级改造工程，
